Before training or competing.
A preparatory massage is ideal a few hours before you train or compete. It increases tissue oxygenation and nutrition while improving flexibility and range of motion. This allows athletes to reach their full potential.
After training or competing
A recovery massage is recommended 24 to 72 hours after training or competing. It improves your recovery time and helps reduce the accumulation of metabolic waste.
